Hello everyone,

I have i8500 laptop.
My CPU temperture reaches up to 60 degree with 100% usage scale easily during last 2-3 months.
The fan enforces itself to maximum RPM frequently.

Do I need to clean Microprocessor Thermal-Cooling Assembly?
If I do, how?

Or what else can I do with this annoying situation?

I'd appreciate if anyone helps me.
