I didn't know exactly which forum to post this in .........

Can anyone tell me how long it took you to receive this laptop .... from the day you ordered until the day it shipped? I ordered the 1505 a week ago and it has made NO progress whatsoever. I have emailed customer support and get nothing but "canned" responses. This is the third DELL computer that I have ordered .... the first two were at my door within 5 days.
