Why is my actual display screen getting smaller. I would change the settings, in the control panel,display, but have to adjust the monitor to allow proper image.  It appears the bottom of the screen "rolls" under and becomes uinaccessable.  My 15" screen is now down to a 13" with a 2" black stripe across the bottom.  Thanks
