No Volume Icon Available
Hi,
I reinstalled Windows XP on my Inspiron 1100. I lost the Volume icon in the Taskbar. When I try to check the box under Sound and Audio Devices to display the volume icon in the Taskbar, I get an error that the Volume Control program has not been installed. What piece of Dell software do I need to reinstall to get that functionality going again? I have tried reinstalling the audio drivers with no luck. The volume buttons do adjust the sound though.
