Please follow the steps provided below to download the required drivers for the laptop:

1. Visit the link: http://dell.to/OSvOSQ
2. Enter the Service Tag in the “Yes” section and click on “Submit”.
3. On the next page, select the Operating System and click on “Chipset”.
4. Download and install “Intel HM75 Express Chipset Family” and “Intel Management Engine Interface (Intel MEI)” drivers.

Please reply to this message if the same device is listed with a Yellow bang after installing the drivers with the below requested information:

1. Have you reinstalled Windows 7?
2. Did you upgrade the operating system to Windows 8?
