Latitude E5420, Windows 7.
When I press Fn and Prnt Scrn - nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

That only copies to the Clipboard. You must open a program like Word, Word Pad, etc and paste the results. Shortcut keys Control+V will paste the screen shot.
