problems with a replacement computer
i resently had my pc replace due to technical problems. They send my a refurbish m1330 to replace my old pc.
My problems is that the new pc came with out windows vista ultimate that my old pc had, my battery was a 9 cell battery and they send me a 6 cell, and the power adapter that they send is not the right one for the new pc. when i call techincal support and ask them why, they told me that because they upgraded my hard drive and processor to a higher one that it will compensate for the down grade on my operating system and battery.
those this sound right to any of you? why would they down grade something that i allready pay for? i didn't ask for then to upgrade anything but i did pay for a 9 cell battery and windows vista ultimate. before i report this to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) i will like to get difrent opinions
thanx

If they want to send you a laptop with upgraded comonents, fine.
But they shouldn't have done so at the expense of other things - and especially without having discussed the changes with you first!
