processor SSDT data not found

I have an Inspiron E1505, whenever I turn on the laptop, i receive the message that reads"

processor SSDT data not found. Operating system power management for multi core process will be disabled.

Strike F1 to continue, F2 to enter setup or F5 to run on board diagnostic"

Any one helps me solve this problem will be highly appreciated.

Best regards

I just received that same message when I attempted to upgrade my memory for my Inspiron 1520 from 2GB to 4GB. One of the sticks was bad so I replaced my old sticks back in. I am now trying to locate any information concerning this message. Please post anything you may find concerning this issue. Thanks

Hi, I have exactly the same problem on my M1530.

I've tried to downgrade then upgrade my Bios but the problem is still present. I didn't try to disconnect Bios Battery because I don't think that will solve the issue.

Any suggestions or help will be appreciated !

Remove the battery, power adapter and CMOS battery for one minute.

    Reassemble and set the date/time.
