My device is installed but not showing on my computer. Which driver do I need on my inspiron 1520 to see my removable devices please?

You have to have installed your chipset drivers first. Did you install Windows yourself? If not, then the drivers are likely already installed. What "device" are you trying to install? You probably need a specific driver for that device.
