Single finger scroll

Hi, I'm desperately trying to work out how to enable single finger scroll on my Dell Inspiron 17 7746.

This is where you can use the right part of the touchpad to scroll with one finger instead of using two fingers.on any part of the touchpad.

I have installed the latest mouse drivers but there appears to be no option to switch on single finger scroll on the configuration app.

Many thanks.

    Hi Das21

    Thanks for writing to us.

    Please try the following steps.

    1) Go into c:\program files\DellTPad\

    2) In this directory you will see two option

    a)  DellTouchpad.exe and   b)  DellTPad.exe

Click on the seecond one When launching this you will see "one finger actions/multi-finger actions", and then it allows you to set single finger vertical/horizontal scrolling.

Make necessary changes as per your requirement.

Let us know if it helped.

    Regards

Hi nice to hear from you,
Can you please take a screenshot of the C drive and send us via PM as an attachment. Also you system tag# and email address. Looks to be a registry issue.

I have the same issue with my Inspiron 15. In my C drive I do not have a DellTPad folder. There is a Dell folder with a UpdatePackage folder inside and that's it. Any suggestions on where to download this program?
