heya!

 

I've only had my laptop since september and i had a virus on it so i had to completely clear pc! On restarting it wudnt let me install service pack, well it wud but it completely messed up the computer! Now, everytime i type the keyboard will jump to other parts and today i put on pc ad the time on pc changed automatically from 12:00 to 3:00! Anyone know why these things wud happen and how i can fix them? also my cd drive makes so so much noise and i think it shudnt, wat can i do?
