I am trying to update BIOS and I keep getting the message that I need to plug in my ac apapter. The adapter is plugged in and the unit is on ac power. Any ideas???
Did you mean Flash the BIOS ? if its successful and still the same message, check if the battery gets charged. If not after Flushing BIOS, better contact Tech Support for AC Adaptor replacement(if you still have Warranty)
