hi
I have dell xps l502 x Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00GHz
i want to know i can enable Intel® Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O(vt d )

You cannot, with this CPU - it does not support VT-d.

Note: this is a new technology that's generally server-centric. Even if you replace the CPU with one that does support it, be sure the BIOS supports it - it may in fact, not.
