XPS 502x Issues

Hola, recently I bought a XPS 502x laptop direct from Dell Spain and all was fine until the computer was delivered. When I connected it to the electricity and turned it on I felt a soft electric pulse on my hands just by touching the metalic keyboard cover. I immediately turned it off and disconnected it from the electricity. I called Dell techinical support and they sent me a technician with a new keyboard cover which I did not accept and requested a new laptop. This technician told me that I should contact Dell to request a replacement laptop which I did. After explaining my problem, technical support transferred me to customer care to whom I had relate my problem yet again. They assured me that they would call back that afternoon but they never called. I called them next day and a supervisor told me if i want my money back they will process the request because they have "detected" that this particular model has this problem!! -I cannot understand if the problem has been detected why Dell is still selling this laptop without any warning to posible customers-.

I told them it does not speak very good of Dell and frankly I do not believe it. I should be obliged if you would confirm whether Dell is aware of this problem with the XPS 502X model or whether it is purely a defect in the one that I have received.

I have requested a quotation for the purchase of a desktop and although the commercial service of Dell Spain is very efficient I am having second thoughts about the quality of your products and the professionalism of the customer service department.

I can forwarded the names of the Dell employees, both good and bad, with whom I have had dealings if this will be of assistance.
