I use to work with EMC backup software, and when we perform Microsoft backups, usually, have problems with VSS snapshots, and have to troubleshoot if the VSS is working fine or not.

What we use to do, is to manually create a diskshadow using the command line. But I am looking something more visual, more easy, some kind of graphical tool to provide to customers which allow them to test VSS integrity by themselves.

Do you know any Microsoft tool that could help me?
