I have a Dell 1800FP Monitor-Flat Panel. Purchased in 2003. It booted up this morning with pink

vertical lines 4 rows of them neatly spaced. It also appears some text from what ever your viewing on the computer screen is also imbeded in the lines? What is going on? Is it the monitor about to go out? It looks like the pixles are mot arranged properly? Anyone have a clue?
