Hi,
I have a serial number for my Dell monitor :
S/N: CN-0JH6ND-74445-43F-EEAS
DP/N 0JH6ND
REV A00
Mar 2014
Made in China
1) May I know what model is this?
2) Does this monitor has HDMI port? I bought a Samsung DeX Pad. Wanted to connect HDMI cable from the Samsung DeX to this Dell monitor. But cant see HDMI port in the monitor. How can I connect it?
Anyone can advice?

Page 2 of their guide only mentions HDMI to HDMI. You should contact Samsung Support and ask.

The Monitor model for that part number is:

It's a discontinued business model. Here are the connections it has:
Connectivity
1 Video Graphics Array (VGA)
1 DisplayPort (version 1.2a)
4 USB 2.0 ports (3 downstream ports, 1 upstream port)
Built-in device:
USB 2.0 Hi-Speed Hub (with 1 USB upstream port and 4 USB downstream ports)Page 6 of the Samsung DeX Pad User Manual states, "Connect one end of an HDMI cable to the multimedia dock’s HDMI port, and plug the other end of the cable into a TV or monitor’s HDMI port.".
Based on that statement, you cannot use the P2314H. You must get a monitor that has an HDMI in port.
