Power Switch does not work
I have a Dell 1907 PF 19" flat screen which is 4 months old. Suddenly the on/off switch stopped working and it's constantly on. Any thoughts?
When I press the switch, it does not move. Is this still covered under warranty? I cannot get into the Dell help, Dell technical function or Contact Dell because it's only the monitor and attached to a non-Dell system and no service tag can be generated.
