Red Colors Missing

Would someone please tell me why & how to resolve the fact that the color Red does not display on my Monitor?  The color prints ok however it doesn't display ok.  I've reseated the monitor card however it still doesn't display.

thanks,
Ted

    Ted09,

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

You do not mention which monitor you are using. If the monitor has a reset then try doing a monitor reset to see if the problem will go away. You can also do a monitor self-test to see if the color bar shows the red color. To do a self-test turn everything off. You can then unplug the monitor from the back of the cpu where it connects to the video card. Once you have done this you can turn the monitor on. You should see a red, green and blue color bar. If the color red is missing then, the monitor may be defective.

Sorry the Monitor is a Philips Brilliance 151AX flat panel.  On Reset & self test it shows the color Red however when I boot into Windows Server 2003 the Color Red is missing.
