I did some web searching. The closest I could find was this EZM VESA Mount Bracket Adapter Kit. You would then purchase a desk mount and connect the two together.

Dell only provides and supports the stand as shown in the online User's Guide. The SE2719H does not have a VESA bracket. You will need to search the web for a desk stand that grips the sides of the SE2719H.
