So this monitor has KVM. I have my work laptop Lenovo x1 2022, and my desktop PC, and switch between them. I share a webcam, monitor and keyboard between them plugged into the monitors USB ports.

My problem is this:

The USB-C to USB-C connection is flaky. It sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. No power, no connection, or if I plug it in, it works for like 30 secs and then screen goes blank, and keyboard, mouse, power don't work and i have to use laptop direct.

It is usually fine if I wait a few hours and try again it's fine.

Things I have tried that do not solve it.

1) Turning everything on/off starting again

2) Several different USB-C cables

3) Different X1 laptop

4) Checking monitor firmware (it is up to date)

5) Changing between Auto Input Select and directly selecting USB-C in the monitor menue

Note when it is not working, I have tried plugging in my phone to see if I get power, I do not, so I feel it's likely a problem with monitor (probably not cable given I've used different ones).
