Solved!
Go to Solution- You cannot delete a base enabler.
However you can upgrade or downgrade.
Use the cli command nsrcap
NB RESULTS OF USING THIS COMMAND ARE IRREVERSIBLE SO TAKE CARE!!!!
Normally used on recommendation of Tech Support
Backup your server before using NSRCAP
check the command line ref manual for full details, but something like
nsrcap -u

It is always better t upgrade using nsrcap -u but still if you want to delete, use nsradmin.kamal.thakor
