Hi everyone,

I have been getting this error which stops me from doing recovery or anything else other than monitoring. After I login to console, there will be pop up with below message 

Unable to connect to server: Unable to authenticate with server : Authentication error; why = Failed (unspecified error)

If i go to the "monitoring" tab, i could still monitor any running job however if i go "protection" it will pop up again and i would not be able to see any clients in the server

So far the only workaround i have is to restart the networker services however I can't do that everytime it happens because of running backup job. 

Appreciate any help from anyone who experienced this before
