groups not starting

Hello guys,
looks like i am the most unlucky man in the world of Networker.

I allways come to a situation when one group is making another group not to run. This is really strange because even between different countries and storage nodes this come to place.
Today when i came to work 22 groups were running and there were 3 alerts of waiting tapes. These alerts were in 3 different countries affecting the 4th country (where the backup server resides).
When i stopped the 3 groups waiting for tapes all the 4th country groups started to write data to the tapes one after another. Now there are still some 14 of groups running and a group from 1st country started. Tape is loaded, labeled and mounted but it does not start writing.

Is there any limit of running groups or something else which can cause this?

Sounds like a bug - you should open this with support.

It might be the server parallelism. This should be the sum total of the parallelism of all the drives. That might be limiting the number of save streams getting invoked. You will find this parameter in the server properties.
