Networker losing settings when stopped & restarted ?

Seen a number of times, (but not every time) - certain settings get lost when Networker / Server is bounced - for example authrntication settings, retention settings, pools associated, last completions

Running 7.3.2 on Solaris

Any thoughts ?

The only thing that comes everytime to my mind when I come across such issues is to upgrade to 7.3.3. Even 7.3.2 latest jumbo should be good.

How do you get these settings back? Are they actually lost or just not visible on NMC because in that case Java/NMC could be the issue?

they have to be changed via gui or nsradmin, so are really lost not just 'not visible'

Planning to go 7.3.3 some stage fairly soon anyway

    thanks

Never heard of this before. 7.3SP3 is the way to go, but it would be interesting to do snap of RAP database before an after restart to check what is really going on.
