Networker version 7.4.4 is currently running on AIX 7.2 TL4, Can I upgrade the AIX version to 7.3 TL0?

According to my old Software Compatibility Guides AIX 7.x was never supported. Please see the appropriate page for details:
This does not mean that it is not running - it just has never been fully tested by EMC at that time.
