Adding Bluetooth to my computer

I have an Inspiron 600m. Are there any downloads on Dell's website to add the bluetooth program to my computer?

Do you have a bluetooth card on your machine? If you do you can go here and download the drivers you need. However if you don't there is no 'program' that will allow you use to bluetooth. You will have to buy a card or adapter.
