I am trying to get to get my audio devices to connect to my 9350. THey pair but they do not connect. I called Dell and they told me that I had to reset the computer. I have spent already a lot of time setting up this system for a month long trip abroad and don't want to start over.
When I try to reinstall the Bluetooth driver I get an error. Here is the log. Any suggestions on why "Vendor Return Code is not found in Mup.xml" ?
Thanks

Sebastian, that’s alright. We’ll try and assist you. We’d like to call you and discuss the issue. Please provide the system service tag along with your primary and alternate contact number via private message. To verify the ownership, let us know the name under which the system is registered. Thank you for the update. In order for us to proceed further, please provide the version of the Bluetooth driver installed along with the hardware ID. To find the hardware ID,
1. Open the Device Manager from the Control Panel.
2. In the Device Manager, right-click the device, and select Properties in the popup menu.
Hi. Thank you for sharing the details. We request you to share the following information through a private message, so that we can check for more details and assist you. To send a private message, click on my name and select ‘Send private message’.
1. Service tag/ express service code
2. Email address
3. Registered owner’s name of the system
The Service Tag is a 7-character code, and the Express Service Tag is a 10-digit code that is a numeric version of the Service Tag. Both codes are on the bottom of your laptop. You can also refer to this link http://dell.to/2qlSUvy which is a video that shows steps to find the service tag.
1. I did the steps described above (CMD run as admin, turn network admin on, login as network admin)
2. After still getting the error, I extracted the content of the package and run the setup
It worked like a charm.
(I had a problem after the restart: Windows was automatically logging in as the enabled admin, so I had to use Ctrl+Alt+Del and log out, then log in with my regular user and disable the network admin: CMD run as admin, then C:\>net user administrator /active:no )
