I have a brand new Inspiron  1564 with dell-installed internet explorer. When I try to open a .pdf file,  I get an error message that says Internet Explorer has stopped working. Although it restores the tab, I can never open the .pdf file. I have adobe acrobat installed and haven't changed the IE default settings. I need help...or, do you all recommend that I use Firefox???
