Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

I've been getting this message everytime I try to get my inbox messages in Hotmail for over a week now.  I didn't have any trouble before, and now the only way i can read my Hotmail is in Outlook, which I hate using.  Anyone else have this problem?  I am running Windows Vista Home Premium.I get the error message almost immediately when I click on my inbox.

    I am also unable to get into my hotmail account using vista.  I can get into it fine with my Windows xp using my notebook.  If I try to get into hotmail with vista on the desktop it will not let me.  I am able to put in my email and password but then I hit a road block.  This also happens when trying to go the certain sites.  I have checked levels of security  and everything is at default.  I even put these sites under trusted site but still no bite.  Anyone got an idea on this problem?//
