WHEN IN MICROSOFT2003 EVERY TIME I DELETE A MESSAGE A BOX COMES UP : IEXPLORER.EXE- APPLICATION ERROR THE INSTRUCTION AT "OX749860BO"REFERENCED MEMORY AT "0X00000000" THE MEMORY COULD NOT BE "READ" CLICK OK TO TERMINATE PROGRAM
 
I CANNOT GET RID OF
 
I DO NOT KNOW WHAT STARTED IT
 
THE BOX COMES UP EVERYTIME I DELETE AN E MAIL
 
AND WHEN I SHUT DOWN MY COMPUTER, ALSO
 
I CLICK OK TO TERMINATE
 
BUT IT STILL RETURNS

    This is just an educated guess, but my experience is that when you receive these types of errors it is related to failing memory.  The offending memory will usually need to be replaced.  On the flip side there may be a problem with the installation of your programs ... i.e. a corrupt registry or program install that went wrong.  I might try using the system restore feature to restore to a system state that is before the problem started.  This will replace your registry, *.DLLs, and *.EXEs with the versions that were there on the date that the system check point was created.  Note that you will need to reinstall any pograms that were installed after the date of the system restore.  If this does not corect the problem then I would "assume" that the problem is hardware (memory) and seek futher testing of the hardware or replacement of the offending memoery stick.
