No ethernet controller driver
I have recently re-installed XP on my computer.I first put in the OS disc to install XP.I then put in the other discs to instll the drivers and utilities.It seems all were installed,except my ethernet controller. In Hardware Devices there is a question mark next to this device,and I have no internet connection.What did I do wrong during Re-install?Thank you

I followed everything this page stated to do.This page says to download the drivers from Dell.From my service tag info,it lists diferent drivers.I`m not sure which drivers to choose from the multiple choiceses.I tried to use the original disc that came with this computer,a dimensions 8250. This page you suggest uses different terms for this driver than the download driver page.Why can`t i use the original discs?And what sequence should I follow with these disc? Thanks
