Other peoples experiences with Bluetooth 410
Hi,
I recently ordered a Bluetooth 410 module for my laptop and was wondering about other people's experiences with it. It is able to find other bluetooth devices near by, but I have a hard time pairing with anything. I've tried with three cell phones and a headset. With the cell phones, usually it would say that the remote device didn't respond, however I was able to pair between them without issue. Even when I was able to pair, attempting to do anything like send a file would alway fail.
I wondered if there may be a driver update but I can't even find the original driver on the driver downloads, let alone an update.

I have that module. It worked great for me while I had the proper drivers. The thing is, the disk has come up mising and I cant find drivers for it either. I have sucessfully paired a Plantronics Explorer 230 head set, Dell bluetooth mouse, a T-Mobile Dash and AT&T Blackjack 2 with no problems. Cant say I have messed with the UWB Wireless USB though. You may have a bad unit or the bluetooth settings may be limited.
