I have brought a new Dell Laptop. Recently i am facing a problem in connecting remotely to my office desktp with the Remote Desktop software. I am able to connect to CISCO VPN , but when i tried to connect to remote desktop , I am getting error. There is no problem with my office PC, because i am able to connect with other's laptop. I have verified the Remote Desktop settings with others , It is same.Please advice what could be problem.
