Change/Update Splash Screen

On my Optiplex 990 (i7) running Win7 I really don't like the Dell "splash screen" - this is the screen that displays when Windows is booting, right after the Bios...

On my other Optiplex (both running the latest Bios (A023 as I quickly remember) it displays a simple Dell logo on a black background.

However my i7 the Dell logo screen is a rather unattractive and annoying image showing the Dell logo but a background full of white dots...

Can someone ls tell me how to change this to just display the more appealing Dell screen on a simple black bkgrnd.

Really appreciate it - Cheers, Gemo

There isn't a way to change the Dell splash screen that I know of.  If somebody doesn't like it, at least it's only a temporary "splash" while booting.

This is not an option for end user. Intel desktop boards and some other vendors had this years ago.  This is not a current offering.
