    Hello @Sid_india,

I recommend you to delete your phone number details.

Did the server suffered any electrical outage? Or any kind of accident?

You can try a Minimum to Post diagnostic procedure. In order to do that, you need to remove all components which are not mandatory for booting. Then try to boot with this configuration and see what happens. If the server is still no power or no post. You will need to replace one of this basic components. If it does POST, you will need to add one by one the rest of the components until detecting the faulty one. For a PowerEdge T420 this is the minimum components to post:

    - System Board
    - CPU1 with heat sink (minimum for troubleshooting)
    - Single DIMM configuration with DIMM in socket A1
    - Control Panel with cable (to power system on)
    - PSU (and for redundant PSU also the PDB/PIB)

    Regards.

I don't know how to remove contact number.

Our problem is Dell India is refusing to supply motherboard on server which is only 5 year old. Dell India even can not do diagnosis.

    That's not fair.

Dell India should be able to diagnose the problem and supply material even though warranty is over.

Please, send me your Service Tag details via private message. I will check the server records to see what happened.

    Thank you in advanced.
