The R320 does indeed have an embedded raid controller, the S110 software controller. You can follow this link to the manual for it as well.

Actually I believe you can do it without removing the H310, you would just need to access the BIOS, then SATA Settings, then change it to RAID mode, which enables the embedded raid. If it does cause any issue, then yes, you can simply remove the card and verify those settings in the BIOS.

I kind of screw up with the firmware on R320 first I updated all firmware to the latest versions

and when I reboot it all was ok but my software wasn't working and then I rolled back the firmware on the BIOS  to a very old firmware 1.5.2 and now when I start the server I get to :

Initializing firmware Interfaces ......

Initialization complete.

and it is staying there. I tried to update the firmware from the iDrac7 GUI

and here is what I get How can I force it to upgrade it?

It is likely due to it not being able to communicate with the newer version of the iDrac firmware. What you can do, and I am not sure it is advisable that you should be backflashing and updating as you are, but if you want to force the update you can boot to this then exit to the command prompt, from there you will need to run the hard drive version of the update, followed by /forceit or /forcetype. That will force the update, now with you jumping back and forth like that, I am not sure if it will damage the board./

That's the problem I can't get to boot part when initializing firmware complete that's it.

when started only option I get and it automatically trying to get to a lifecycle controller 

I tried from iDrac7 GUI Server/Setup/First Boot Device to get to bios but it can't freezing on the 

entering the BIOS menu

Where do I download The Lifecycle Controller ->  1.1.5.165, A00

EDIT: never mind I already found Lifecycle Controller ->  1.1.5.165, A00 but still hang on the "Initialization complete" I am out of option here any suggestions

idrac ssh is turned on but I am still getting connection refused nor I can use remote racadm to see if I can do something from there giving me some certificate problem there

here is what I've got so far

I have rolled back the lifecycle controller to v1.1.5.165 BIOS v1.5.2

and the system still hang on "Initialization complete"

I turned off Collecting system inventory with racadm

Is there a way I can turn off the lifecycle controller with racadm and see if I can get to a BIOS at least

EDIT: I already disabled the lifecycle controller from the RACADM but still hang on "Initializing complete"

I am out of options. I can't get pass that Any ideas what to do?
