idrac6 update

I have server R410.

I tried update idrac with different firmware using web - but always faid

Firmware got here:

What it can be?

I tried this version of firmware. The same problem. I upload firmware then I click next and at 10% I got failed

How can I update bios? I have esxi 4.1 installed.

Adding a bit here as it seems like you may run into this issue- as I've performed the update hundreds of times- If it fails when trying to push the latest, try a version below 1.80, then update to 1.80, then jump to the latest. Have not found an explanation in documentation for this- but it seems a lot of the DRAC6 modules will not go from a version below 1.80 to a version above.

So this is merely something to try here- not concrete, but known to resolve the issue in some cases. If this does not work, you will likely need to obtain a replacement iDrac 6 EXPRESS module for PE R210-R510.
