Hi Guys

 

 

 

  I trying to map a Folder as a Network Drive. I able to map it but i can;t see under My Computer. I'm using a PowerEdge 2850 and Microsft Windows  2003 Server Standerd Edition.

 

 

  I did the following

 

 

 I selected the folder then I wen to Tools and Slected Map Network Drive.

 I selected the Drive Letter and browsed to the folder I'm that I was mapping

 I made sured I selected Reconnect at LogOn.

 Then I clicked Ok and restarted the server.

 

 I went to My Computer and did not see the Folder I had mapped. I then went to my Network place and to the Domain name and to the computer I had the folder in and notice that it was shared to EVERYONE but yet it did not show under My Computer. Why is this happenning???
