no boot screen

I recently bought a poweredge 2650 server and after plugin into power, attach mouse, monitor and keyboard we dont get anything on screen.

Monitor just dont start and server is just runing and on LCD is nothing in red. There is no error at all to help figure what is going on. And "num-lock" button on keyboard just dont work.

Doens this server have any sound when he get boot or online ?
Anyone got any idea what is wrong ?

    Do you hear a critical beep code at all? Try posting the server tag as well.

    i ran in the same problem today.. no boot.  no screen.  no post error beeps.. the power and hard drive lights are green.. but nothign happens.

    another note.. i've also reseated everything to be sure.  i've also taken out the memory to see if i get any beeps.. no luck.. still dead.  any ideas?

    Nope. Still dead. We called local Dell reseller to see if they help us. We even tried with none processor and still nothing. I hate when this is happening. We just bought it :) and is old 14 days.

    We just recieved news from our local Dell dealer that motherboard and 1x processor are dead. Motherboard is allready replaced and server work's ok.

    Now we're waiting for processor...

    I hope you have better luck.
