Unfortunately neither answer is helping I'm afraid. 

The Technical Guide book is something completely different than the Owner's Manual (the former is a description of the system, it's specifications and performance parameters, the latter is a guide as to how to use the system). And hardly any of the information that's in the Technical Guide books is even in the Owner's Manual (such as acoustics or heat dissipation figures for different configs). 

Which is probably why systems that have a Technical Guide Book still also have a Owner's Manual (because they both fulfill different purposes).

It also makes no sense that this was a simple renaming exercise since there are Technical Guidebooks for 12G servers and there are for 14G and 15G servers, and I doubt Dell would rename a document just for a single generation.

I vaguely remember being told by a Dell engineer that, apparently, the 13G Technical Guide Books were removed during a website update and never put back, but they should still be somewhere (i.e., a direct link).

I am sorry but is this a joke? An NDA for the basic specifications of a COTS server?

Maybe I'm understanding something wrong so please explain what makes the general specifications of the 13G such a secret that it requires an NDA when the exact same data for 12G, 14G and 15G servers is publicly available?

Do you want to suggest that the 13G PowerEdge servers are actually performing sub-par and that therefore Dell wants to keep secret the specifications for this generation? 

I'm not sure what else I can interpret your response, other than that there's a chance that you might not have actually read (or understood) the question?

I have raised a request to the back end support team to post the Technical Guides for 13G Tower systems. I'm not sure if or when it will be done.   I could recommend visit the page periodically to see if they post.
