Dear, My server is "Initializing iDRAC..." and iDRAC initializing error, pls help me. The Poweredge R420 installed Win2012 R2 datacenter. Power on, it shows "Initializing iDRAC..." for a long time(about 15m), press F1 continues to boot up Win2012. Is wash big noise and the fans seem very fast. After 30 minutes later, the server will be power off abnormally. By the way, this server works normal when the OS Win2008 R2. After I upgrade win2012, the issue raised. Is there anyone give me suggestion and support? Thanks so much for your help.
