T310 amber light

T310 amber light with green light at 4,no display/boot up, have tried removed all usb connection/hdd, ram taken out/swap to each other but same situation. Any clue/suggestion?

    Verture,

    The error is an indication of a BIOS checksum failure detected; system is in recovery mode. Would you confirm if anything was added or done to the server prior to this issue appearing?

    I would also take the server to a minimum to post configuration, removing everything from the server but the following;

    CPU
    System board
    Heatsink for CPU for prevention of over-heating
    PSU (and for redundant PSU also the PDB)
    Front panel (to power system on)
    One memory DIMM

    Also I would consider testing the cmos battery by swapping with a known good. 

    After that then verify BIOS settings if the video reappears, also please confirm the current BIOS version as well.
