Unknow device R450
Hi. I am working on a PowerEdge R450 which is installed on windows server 2003.
In hardware management there is an unknown device with id device instance ACPI \ PNP90C31 / 0.
Could you help me?

Robert. sorry for my error. The server is PowerEdge R415. Device instance id is "ACPI \ PNP0C31 \ 0"
Theflash1932 I am using server 2003 because this server will be an engineering station of PCS7
and in this version needs 2003. I installed the OMSA but could not solve the problem yet.theflash1932

What drivers did you install after installing the OS?

Later install the OS without any driver I found in that situation.
ACPI \ PNP0C31
Now I found this:
Winbond Trusted Platform Module% 1.2%.
I installed the driver r167274 but it doesn´t work correctly and the device can´t start to work.

Why are you still using 2003??
Do you have OMSA installed? If not, then install it. It is probably the BMC/iDRAC.
