I have a Power Edge T320 with a PERC H710 Raid card. 4 drives. It was set up as RAID 5 and due to some issues I had to break the RAID 5 and re-configured as RAID 1. When the system comes up it shows the virtual drive as Online. However when I try to reinstall the Win 2012 Essentials Windows does not find any "Storage Media" . Any suggestions?
This issue is due to the lack of a 2012 raid driver being loaded to the controller. You can find the driver needed here. Download and run this to extract the files, save those files to USB. Then start the OS install and at the page that is looking for where to install the OS, hit browse and point it to the USB. Once you load the driver then the Virtual Disk should show.
Let me know how it goes.

If you boot to the controller BIOS (Ctrl-R) and then hit Ctrl-N twice, that will take you to Controller Management page. Is the Raid 1 that you configured and initialized listed as the Bootable VD? If not select the raid 1 as visible and then.
When you broke the Raid5, did you delete it from the controller and then reconfigure as a raid 1?
