Loading win server2008r2

I received an old server ( Poweredge 840) as form of payment for doing workstation upgrades inside of a small local business. The old IT guy told me the server was beat when I started the job but when I opened it up in shop I got the consistent amber light to turn steady blue just by cleaning the inch of dust off everything. The server seems to have everything functional but when I go to boot from the windows CD it begins and then about halfway through stops the loading process and begins to idle. I let it "Load" all night last night and it did not move at all. I've restarted multiple times this morning to try and see if it would just push through but no luck. I am receiving a parity error  6000:106A I press enter and recieve another parity error F000:B8D5 I am no server expert.

Raid0 - Drive 00, 01, 02 on VD with 03 as global hotspare.

Not sure if this is going to be a boot issue or what. I'd appreciate the feedback. Thank you
