PowerEdge R710 E1810 error on LCD screen

Hello

We have an error message scrolling on the LCD of the server that states E1810 Hard drive fault review and clear SEL. Having no knowledge on how to check out the server for this issue I was wondering if anyone else out there experienced this issue and how did you resolve it. We already replaced the drive with the exact one that was there.

    Hello,

E1810 error on a Dell PowerEdge server indicates a hard drive fault and should be replaced.

The E1820 error should let you know which drive is faulted.

You can also get in the controller BIOS, <CTRL+R> during POST to check the hard drive status.

Navigate the tabs for VD Mgmt, PD Mgmt to evaluate the array and hard drives.
