thank you to answer :) the bmc version is instaled 1.92 . i can set ctrl e ip adress and the adress is pingtable . but not work ie .  and unfortunally i cannot run system services in the start server . I must install with sbuu dvd ....

The T110 does not have an iDRAC. The T110 only has a BMC.

Can you boot to the BMC via CTL E? Check the BMC firmware version if you can, also check to make sure your network configuration is still correct. If the BMC is not at the latest version of 1.92 then update it:

If you can't get into the BMC BIOS then drain flea power on the system by disconnecting all power for about 1 minute.

I would go ahead and drain flea power. If the lifecycle controller still fails to load then reflash the BMC and Lifecycle controller. Update the BMC, restart the system, and then update the LCC.
