Greetings! I have been tasked with decommissioning an MD3000i. In preparation for this, I have cleared the disk configuration using the following MDcli command:

clear storageArray configuration volumeGroups;

Is there a command to securely erase each disk? I have tried:

start physicaldisk [0,0] initialize;

but MDcli reports:

Error 410 - A physical disk operation cannot be performed because the state of the physical disk is inappropriate for the requested operation.

Note that this array is being managed out-of-band.
