Last night our unit gave out this error code.

02 Connection to slave robotic failed.

 

By the sounds of it a Physical/mechanical error, what might be the possible cause of this?

 

Nothing else in any of the logs to indicate a cause, it's hooked up to a W2K3 Server box and backing up our Storevault s500 nightly.
